Anne Frank: A History For Today Exhibit
Holocaust Center for Humanity
Now through May 25th
The powerful exhibit makes its Seattle appearance. A collection of images and artifacts, along with important events (a tree planting on May 1 and Holocaust Remembrance Day May 4th) will not only educate on the history of the Holocaust, but is designed to spark a discussion on the bigger issues- including tolerance, diversity, courage and faith. Spring Safari: African Wildlife Conservation Day
The Woodland Park Zoo
Saturday, April 16: 9:30am-3pm
African wildlife is celebrated, and its issues brought to the forefront, on this important day at The Woodland Park Zoo. Discussions and keeper talks will take place throughout the park on topics like illegal poaching, habitat loss, and animal preservation.
