The first two days were all about exploring the city and the enjoying the food scene. With our NYC legs under us, day 3 was all about business as we got busy introducing Chef Jeff around the city to discuss the Pacific Northwest and its burgeoning cuisine.
Travel and Leisure was our first stop. It's always inspiring to listen to Chef Jeff talk with such pride and deep knowledge of our region, and the chefs, restaurateurs and abundance of resources that make the Pacific Northwest so special.
And then it was on to chat with a New York Times freelancer and other media partners.
Now Chef and team are working behind the scenes to prepare for one of the biggest honors of their careers — to represent SkyCity and the Pacific Northwest at an internationally renowned culinary institution.
